My aim is to deliver valuable insights and share personal experiences to create a shift in mindset towards a positive and fulfilled future.
Coaching young people in education (11-18yrs)
I have over 10 years of experience working with people on their social and emotional mental health. My sessions are designed to help teens develop long-term coping skills, and establish constructive mindsets to overcome challenges. Using a holistic approach combining various techniques and activities, we work together on a weekly basis to gain a deeper understanding of why they are struggling, how to implement coping strategies, and achieve a more open-minded and motivated perspective on life.
How do online sessions work?
My online sessions are one hour long and we will meet via Zoom video chat online every week throughout the duration of your selected programme.
