If you have experienced a difficult break up, I can first hand can say that I know that what you are going through is not easy. I had a break up too, not only did my relationship break up but it broke me too. 

I was head over heels in love but my needs were not being met and I had come to the realization that through devoting myself to someone else, I had lost all of my confidence and I was an insecure, co-dependent mess.

I spiraled into self sabotage mode, getting black out drunk to bury my emotions and then ended up being arrested and losing my job as a consequence. 

That was the turning point for me. 

There was only one person that could get me out of this pickle and do the work that was me.

MODULE 1 - CLARITY 

  • Wheel of rebuild

  • Perfect day visualisation 

  • Establishing the goals you wish to achieve by the end of the 12 weeks together.

Week 1 takes 1 week to complete. This is the week where we will kiss goodbye to that heavy overwhelming lost feeling that comes from the loss of direction and plan for your future once a relationship ends and step into excitement and clarity with a clear plan for a future that's even better than before. With a 60-minute 1-2-1 rediscovery session and a personalised best-self-future plan, you’ll finish this week feeling alive and excited about your future, ready to start your glow up.”

MODULE 2 - CONFIDENCE 

 

  • Challenging the negative thoughts you have about yourself and your future

  • Visualisation of your desired lifestyle and affirming the possibilities that seemed impossible becoming your reality. 

  • Holding you accountable and supporting you with any obstacles that might be standing in your way. 

 

Module 2 takes 1 week to complete. This is the week where we will abandon the self-sabotaging  mindset that has been holding you back and Reframe them, allowing you to feel empowered and affirmed that you can make the changes you wish to make in your future. With a 60-minute 1-2-1 rediscovery session plan , you’ll finish this week feeling inspired about what's to come and certain that you are totally capable.

MODULE 3 - WHERE ATTENTION GOES, ENERGY FLOWS

 

  • Identify why self care is so crucial to our progress and personal growth.  

  • Visualizing future self and creating a self care strategy.

  • Goal setting and action planning 


Module 3 takes 1 week to complete. This is the week that we will recognise where you have been neglecting yourself and work together to come up with a plan to restore the self care strategy and begin to implement it in a way that you can learn to really enjoy. With a 60-minute 1-2-1 rediscovery session plan , you’ll finish this week feeling like you know how to take good care of yourself so that you can feel less dependent on others.  

MODULE 4 - RELEASE THE PAST AND LET GO 

  • Acknowledging the pain and accepting this new reality

  • Forgive yourself first 

  • Let go of what was and welcome what will be

 

Module 4 takes 2 weeks to complete. This is  where we will dig deeper and acknowledge any pain and past trauma that you have been holding onto and work together to break them down and through a range of techniques we will take the time to release them and create space for new opportunities to flow into your life. With 2x 60-minute 1-2-1 healing sessions you’ll finish this week feeling inspired about what's to come and certain that you are totally capable.”

MODULE 5 - BECOMING YOUR OWN BEST FRIEND FIRST.

  • Identify who recharges you and who drains your social battery 

  • Setting boundaries with yourself and others 

  • Who is your support network and how can you harness them. 

 

Module 5 takes 2 weeks to complete. These two weeks are where we will recognise what self care is and why it is important to our progress and come up with a plan to restore the self care strategy to implement it in a way that you can learn to love the process. With 2x a 60-minute 1-2-1 restoration sessions , you’ll finish this week feeling like you know how to take care of yourself so that you can feel less dependent on others and how you can utilise your social battery to make you feel more empowered. 

MODULE 6 - WHO IS YOUR IDEAL PARTNER?

  • Identifying red flags 

  • Who do you need to become to attract the deal partner?

  • Setting achievable goals.

Module 6 takes 1 week to complete. During this week we will do some powerful exercises to get a clear understanding of what red flags to look out for in the future and clarify what values and characteristics you prioritise in your relationships, aiming to get to the bottom of what you truly want and deserve in any future relationships. With a 60-minute 1-2-1 clarification session, you’ll finish this week with clarity of what you deserve and would be willing to accept in your future. 

MODULE 7 - GET UNSTUCK AND GLOW UP!

  • Learn to embrace challenges 

  • Who else is this affecting if nothing changes?

  • Self-belief 

Module 7 takes 1 week to complete. This week will be focused on saying cya later to that little voice in your mind that tries to hinder your progress and encourage self-sabotage and welcome in the new empowered version of you that knows how to handle anything that comes your way. With a 60-minute 1-2-1 empowerment session, you’ll finish this week knowing how to understand and acknowledge the voice of doubt in your mind and handle it like a boss. 

MODULE 8 - WHO ARE YOU & WHAT IS YOUR VISION?

  • Exploring the 6 neurological levels of change

  • How you think others see you

  • Visualization meditation of your highest self 

  • Setting goals to reach that place

 

Module 8 takes 2 weeks to complete. Within this module we’ll be putting the attention on knowing what to look out for in the future and what to avoid, learning how you can enter new relationships feeling confident and holding strength. With 2x 60-minute 1-2-1 Identification sessions you’ll finish this week knowing who you are, who you need to be and who you want. 

MODULE 9 - WHO ARE YOU & WHAT IS YOUR VISION?

  • Exploring the 6 neurological levels of change

MODULE 10 - REFLECTION, IDENTIFICATION AND PREPERATION

  • Identifying any underlying concerns about the process and the journey

  • Reflecting on progress made

  • Comparing week 1 - week 11 on the alignment audit.

  • Setting new goals for the future 

 

Module 9 takes 2 weeks to complete. This module will be the week that we will reflect on how far you have come and all of the incredible accomplishments that you have had along the way in your journey. With 2x 60-minute 1-2-1 deep reflection sessions. You will leave this module recognizing that you are stronger and more capable than you ever imagined with a clear direction on how you can move forward. 

MODULE 11 - GO GET EM'

  • Knowing how you can support yourself with your future 

  • Motivating yourself through tools and techniques 

  • Celebrating you 

  • What are the next steps?


 

Module 10 takes 1 week to complete. This week we are celebrating your transformation. You will remove any anxiety about flying solo after your programme ends, make sure that you have a plan in place to keep you on track. With 1x final 60-minute 1-2-1 celebration sessions you will leave this session feeling strong, confident, READY for your new adventure in life and incredibly proud of yourself, prepared to take the world by storm.
